Numerous lectures at universities in Europe and in the United States and contributions to major scientific conferences and colloquies.

Author, co-author, editor, or co-editor of twenty books and more than hundred articles on Constitutional Law, general issues of European Integration, Comparative Law and European Law.

Publications include a manual on EC Law (8th edition (2008), and a major comparative study on procedure in Constitutional Law of four European States and of several international organisations (1992).
